What is coaching and how is it different from training or mentoring?
Coaching gives space to think, grow, and act with clarity. It’s not about giving advice (mentoring) or delivering fixed content (training). How does team coaching work?
Team coaching strengthens trust, alignment and shared performance. We support your team to have the conversations that matter, improving collaboration, accountability and clarity on roles, goals and culture. Whether it’s a department, a project team, or a leadership group, we support collective growth.
What coaching programmes do you offer?

How long do programmes run for?
Programmes typically run over 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on your goals and capacity. We’ll work with you to shape the right format, whether you want short, focused development or long-term strategic impact.
What makes the Law Coach Collective different?
We’ve lived law firm life, and we coach with that in mind. Between us, we’ve spent 70+ years in practice and leadership roles. We combine that experience with deep coaching expertise to support lawyers in a way that’s practical, commercial, and people-focused. This is about real change, not just theory.
Do you use coaching tools or assessments?
Yes, but always with purpose, never for the sake of it. We use tools like CliftonStrengths®, Belbin® Team Roles, Strengthscope, DISC and the Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI) to deepen self-awareness and support performance. All signature programmes are hosted on the multi-award winning The Curve®, our coaching platform that keeps progress visible and learning alive between sessions.
Can participants earn CPD hours?
Yes, some of our programmes are CPD-accredited. Participants can earn up to 25 CPD hours, supporting professional development, reflective practice, and career progression.
What is The Curve Coaching Platform?
The Curve is your secure coaching workspace. It helps individuals and teams track goals, reflect on sessions, measure outcomes and stay engaged throughout the programme. It brings structure, insight, and accountability between live sessions.
What are the costs involved?
