My background spans 30 years across sectors including law and professional services. I understand how real businesses work and what real leadership takes.
This breadth of experience means I understand not only the pressure you’re under, but how to help you lead effectively in your world, not someone else’s playbook.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me walking in the Lake District with my children.
I also love cooking dishes from around the world or enjoying a good murder mystery weekend, especially international crime dramas.
